About Us
Our Story
The Janz International Foundation (JIF) was established by The Janz Corporation, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a 25-year history of supporting veterans, active military, and their dependents. Building on this experience, JIF is expanding its mission internationally, focusing on sustainable, long-term assistance in Ukraine and other conflict zones.
Our foundation is dedicated to assisting Ukrainian veterans and children impacted by war through a variety of support services and resources. We leverage our extensive experience and global partnerships to make a lasting difference in the lives of those affected by conflict.

Our Partnerships and Collaborations in Ukraine
Collaboration with the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Our meeting with the Chief Surgeon of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel of the Medical Service Kostyantyn Gumeniuk, became the starting point of our close communication and friendship.
He became a legendary figure in Ukraine and the world, having saved a severely wounded soldier with a shattered kidney and bleeding in May 2022. It was Konstantyn Humeniuk who performed the first laparoscopic nephrectomy in Ukraine and the world—a unique operation that made history in medicine.
The daily work of the Colonel of the Medical Service of Ukraine is connected with saving the lives of Ukraine's defenders and their evacuation from frontline stabilization and mobile points. We do not want to stand aside; we want to be as helpful and needed as possible. Our immediate plans include organizing the delivery of transport ventilators to save the lives of critically wounded Ukrainian defenders.

Partnership with Feofaniya Hospital
Our acquaintance with the medical team of one of the best hospitals in Ukraine – the FEOFANIYA HOSPITAL– began before our visit to Ukraine, when we were organizing the International Health Summit. A team of doctors from Kyiv had a visit to the Mayo Clinic, and we joined in organizing a charity evening where we discussed the medical needs during martial law. The number of wounded defenders in Ukraine is so vast that all civilian hospitals are involved in providing medical assistance and saving their lives.
In November 2024 we visited the Feofania Hospital and supported the wounded defenders of Ukraine:

Supporting Ukrainian Families

In FEOFANIA HOSPITAL, the boundless gratitude and incredible support that the family of Ukrainian volunteer soldier Nikita received from the founders of the JANZ International Foundation — Rick Finsterbusch, Brian Healey, and John Endres — people who became true angels for this family during their greatest trials, began.
